Implementation of the Transformation Plan will:

  • Reduce overall number of IT systems
  • Reallocate the IT workforce to better serve departments’ missions
  • Streamline business and IT operations
  • Increase IT service capabilities, reliability, and security
  • Reduce ongoing IT costs
  • Improve government transparency
